SAS International Expands Irish Operations

SAS International’s dedicated Irish office, which opened in Dublin last year has recently expanded into new premises to further support Irish architects and contractors. The new offices and warehousing at Blanchardstown Corporate Park will enable SAS International to stock a range of standard components to service the Irish market.

Cathal McGuinness, SAS Ireland, said, “The new offices will enable us to work more closely with architects, quantity surveyors, main contractors and sub-contractors across Ireland; providing technical advice and support where required but overall ensuring that in today’s evermore demanding market place value is delivered to our clients. The new office will give us the base to service any size of project from supply only, design and supply, through to design, supply and installation – whatever the requirement we can provide the complete solution.”

SAS International’s range of metal ceilings, room comfort and architectural metalwork products include: metal ceiling systems including bespoke solutions, chilled ceilings, beams and Integrated Service Modules, radiant heating, trench heating, bulkheads, column casings and wall panelling/cladding.

In the past year SAS International has manufactured and supplied products to a number of high profile projects including:

• Chilled ceilings at 75 St Stephens Green, Dublin

• Bespoke metal ceilings for the new Charlestown Shopping Centre, Dublin

• Metal ceilings and architectural metalwork for McCann Fitzgerald’s new offices at Riverside One, Dublin Docklands

• Chilled ceilings in the special care baby unit for Mid Western Hospital, Limerick

• Acoustic Lighting Rafts for the Commissioner of Irish Lights, Dublin
